- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My horrendous experience led me to believe that these people operate on the philosophy of Intentional Incompetence for Profit. If something is done wrong they can charge their victims more money to attempt to fix the botch job. Mistakes; lack of communication between the various "specialists" they have (which lead to more mistakes); agonizing, nearly unbearable pain (due to incompetence); over charging; being charged for non payment on their Smile Generation card when it was apparent that they received payment but held on to it to charge for non payment; extremely rude and arrogant staff. Things like I experienced make me feel that these people are doing a disservice to our community.September 30, 2017by Tall Gary
