- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪RUN. THEY ARE THE WORST. I AM TURNING THEM OVER TO THE INSURANCE COMMISSION. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. PERIOD. I have had the worst experiences with the company and I cannot get rid of them. I would never, ever recommend them. Run fast and stay away. I had insurance with a employer who used them. When I left that job, my husband and I continued paying for our medical insurance and kept the same policys. I did not know that you cannot just switch agents or insurance companies. I have had nothing but horrible customer service. My husband and infant daughter were paying for health plans that were expensive and covered maternity benefits for a male and 1 year old. I could see paying for those for myself and 14 year old, but really, we paid for that coverage for years before we realized what we were paying for. I have asked for them to release me as a client and they have flat out refused. They never, ever answer any questions or return my calls, emails, letters, etc. I have been trying for fire them for over two years and they will not release us and we are stuck.May 07, 2017by Monique Secreto
