- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Carter is kind and incredibly good at what he does. I saw another doctor in the practice when I was pregnant with my first child but Dr. Carter was on call when I delivered. Now with my second pregnancy I'm back with Dr. Carter and I couldn't be happier. I know that not only will he tell it to me straight but that he is incredibly experienced.
